At Esha Amin, we strive to process and ship all orders in a timely manner, working diligently to ensure that your items are on their way to you as soon as possible. Because many of our couture garments are handcrafted or made to order, we balance efficiency with the uncompromising quality your wardrobe deserves.

1. Processing & Dispatch Timelines

Our shipping timelines depend on the nature of the creation you have selected:

Ready to Ship Collections: Orders for pieces currently in stock are processed and dispatched within 2 to 3 business days.
Made to Order & Bespoke Pieces: To maintain our standard of luxury craftsmanship, pieces requiring custom tailoring or specialized production take approximately 10 to 14 business days to be meticulously crafted before dispatch.

Please note: Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

2. Domestic Shipping (Within India)

We offer premium, secure delivery services across India to ensure your luxury garments arrive in immaculate condition.

Transit Time: Once dispatched, domestic shipments generally reach major metropolitan cities within 3 to 5 business days. Remote or regional locations may take an additional 2 to 3 business days.
Shipping Charges: Complimentary shipping is provided on all domestic orders above a specific value. For orders below this threshold, shipping fees are calculated dynamically at checkout.

3. International Shipping

We bring the essence of Indian luxury to clientele worldwide.

Transit Time: International orders typically arrive within 7 to 10 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on destination customs clearance.
Duties & Taxes: International shipments may be subject to local import duties, customs taxes, or handling fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are determined solely by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.

4. Tracking Your Order

We believe in complete transparency throughout your order's journey. As soon as your package leaves our atelier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a unique tracking number. This allows you to monitor your delivery status in real time through our premium courier partners.

5. Delivery Delays & Support

While we partner only with leading global logistics providers to guarantee timely delivery, unforeseen external delays caused by weather, festive volumes, or regulatory inspections can occasionally occur.
